Leaders Title is a joint venture between True Title Company and Red Key Realty Leaders. Leaders’ history and approach
Our leaders have a combined experience of over 45 years in the title industry and over 15 years in the real estate industry. This history allows us to understand the challenges specific to buying a home in the area. Our knowledge of the state, county, and local guidelines helps clear your title for the purchase. Through our alliance, our goal is to create a calmer and clearer experience that removes unnecessary extra steps and delays in obtaining a title and finalizing your purchase.
Our Team
Lauren Kattelman
Lauren is an escrow officer specializing in purchase and refinance transactions. Her background includes all areas of escrow closing: residential, new construction, REO, commercial & SBA. Lauren is passionate about customer service and connecting with others through her work in the real estate industry.
Jill Butler
Jill founded Red Key Realty Leaders in 2012 as a group of experienced, real estate professionals dedicated to using high-tech and high-touch services. Jill also served for four years as a team leader at Keller Williams and as a realtor for four years at Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty.
In 2020, Jill received the Enterprising Women of the Year Award, an annual tribute to the world’s top women entrepreneurs. Jill was recognized in the category “over $10 million and up to $25 million in annual sales” for her work as CEO and founder of Red Key Realty Leaders.
John T. Banjak, Esq.
John Banjak is Principal and General Counsel at True Title. He has worked for over 25 years in title companies with a focus on legal matters and underwriting. He is an experienced general counsel and business owner with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate and financial industries.

John Duckworth
John is the President and Partner at True Title. He has over 20 years’ experience in title insurance agency operations and management, with a strong knowledge base in process-management, business development, education, and risk management in a high volume environment.
Mr. Duckworth is a veteran of the title insurance industry. He previously served on the education committees for both the Missouri and Kansas land title associations and served on the Board of Directors for the MLTA. He is a regular instructor for continuing education programs in the real estate and title industry. He also prepared the study guide for new title professionals used across the state by the Missouri Department of Insurance.
